The authority of Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide today Sunday 12th of November 2017 officially inaugurated CAC Life and Power Zone, Odonla Ikorodu and inducted Pastor Mich 'Tunji Oladapo as the Zonal Superintendent.
The authority of the church was represented by the District Coordinating Council (DCC) Superintendent of CAC Ketu Igbala Ketu, Pastor M.O. Yussuf.
Preaching on the topic "Challenges of Life and Power Zone," Pastor Yussuf said that the greatest challenge of the zone is to make the gospel known in many places.
He said that although the zone has tried in its quest to preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus, but they have not done enough.
Pastor Yussuf said that God expects the zone and every Christian to be steadfast, adding that we have to stand firm in Christ without compromising.
In his induction speech entitled "Who Am I Without God," the newly inducted Zonal Superintendent of Life and Power Zone, Pastor Mich 'Tunji Oladapo said that the main reason why God called every of His minister is to glorify Him, adding that we have not chosen Him but He has chosen us for the purpose of bearing fruit that will stand.
" God is gloried when we acknowledge our total dependence on Him for all things. He is much gloried when we express our dependence on him in every area of our lives. Apostle Paul enjoins us that whatever we do must be done all to the glory of God. God will never share His glory with any man and so He frowns at any minister that attempt to take the glory that belongs to Him," he said.
While delivering the welcome address, Zonal Secretary of Life and Power Zone, Pastor I.T. Ariyo said that the induction of Pastor Oladapo is a lesson that they that wait upon the Lord shall surely renew their strength, adding that God is never too late.
Pastor Ariyo who is the District Superintendent of Pentecostal District, said that they see the upliftment of Pastor Oladapo as a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him (God) and therefore congratulate him and the entire zone on the divine lifting.
"We in this zone sincerely pledge our continuous unflinching loyalty to the administration of our church at the centre and promise that our zone will do everything possible to keep the flag of CAC, build upon Christ's scripture and apostolic standard, flying till the coming of our Lord," he stated.
