CAC Worldwide announces funeral programme for Late Pastor Olusheye

The authority of Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide has announced the funeral programmes for the Late former President of the church, Pastor E.H.L. Olusheye.


Pastor Olusheye slept in the Lord on Tuesday 29th of August 2017 after brief illness.


CAC NEWS gathered that the funeral programme will start on Monday November 20th 2017 and end Friday December 1st 2017.


On Monday November 20th 2017 there will be service of songs at the residence of the deceased which is at Road 11, House 8, General Gas Estate, Akobo, Ibadan by 5pm. There will also be service of songs for him at interested CAC District Coordinating Councils and Zones in Nigeria and Oversees on Tuesday 21 to Sunday 25 November 2017. Igodan-Lisa, Okitipupa Ondo state is the venue of another Service of Songs on Monday November 27th, 2017.


The programme will continue with a Commendation Service on Tuesday November 28, 2017 at Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Olashore Hall, Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun state by 5pm.


As part of the activities, “Night of the Sons of the Teacher” will hold at All Saints Chapel Auditorium, CAC General Superintendent, Anlugbua, Bashorun, Ibadan by 4pm.


On Thursday November 30th 2017, lying in state will hold at JABU Resort Ikeji-Arakeji by 3pm, while Christian wake will hold at JABU Olashore Hall, Ikeji-Arakeji  by 5pm.

Friday December 1st is the grand finale of the programme with the funeral service, outing service and reception holding same day at JABU by 9am, 11am and 1pm respectively.  


The late Pastor Elijah Howard Lajuwon Olusheye became President of CAC Worldwide in 1997 after his elevation from the office of General Superintendent. After bringing so many unprecedented turnarounds to the church, he retired from active service on Saturday December 31, 2011.
