The Assembly Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church, His Fame House, Akesan Igando, Evangelist Temitope Samuel Ologbosere has said that the remedy for spiritual death is spiritual rebirth.
The man of God made mention of this while preaching recently on the theme “THE LIVING AMONG THE DEAD” Luke 24:5; Matt. 8:21-22; Rom. 1:28-32.
He said that physical death is the separation of the soul from the body while spiritual death is the separation of the soul from God (Eph. 4:18).
He continued that It is also a complete inability to communicate with God.
According to him, at the beginning of human history, God had warned man in Gen2:17 that …. For in the day that thou eat of it….. “THOU SHALL SURELY DIE”, Adam spirit was separated from the spirit of God (died spiritually), he didn’t die physically but his spirit is now functioning without being connected to the spirit of God.
He further said that the causes of death (spiritual) which is sin brings separation between man and God.
The Cleric said to the congregation that knowing Christ is a reconnection to the source of life because the remedy for spiritual death is spiritual rebirth (John 3:3-5).
