The Youth Officer of Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide, Pastor Sam Gbuyiro has stated that there is no one who put God first that became last, saying that the only part to greatness is to put God first in all things.
He noted that anyone who desire greater glory must seek God first, categorically stating that it's only in God greater glory can be secured.
Pastor Gbuyiro who noted this on Sunday, 4th of June at the youth anniversary of CAC Canaanland, Maya, Ikorodu Lagos said it is only God that can be trusted for greater glory and glorious future.
He told the youths at the anniversary service that all what they need as children of God is the presence of God, not silver and gold, noting that the presence of God command blessings and other necessary things.
"The kind of Christianity we are practicing today is a Christianity that is satisfied with gold and silver. As a Christian, you should be a carrier of God's presence. Until we carry the presence of God, today's church in Nigeria cannot deliver the country from present predicament," the Youth Officer said.
According to him, the problem facing this generation is lack of passion for daily meditation of the word of God, urging the youth to go back to daily and constant meditation of the word.
The Cleric said anytime a Christian abandon God, the devil will strike.
