The church's second anniversary which was held on sunday 21st October, 2018 at its worship center situated at 6, Obiteru Kuporiola, Taira Bus stop, Solomade Estate in Ikorodu, Lagos enjoyed the presence of God and men from different walks of life who came to celebrate with the church.
While addressing the congregation, the minister in charge of Souls' Lover Assembly, Pastor Gabriel A. Owolagbon expressed his joy on how God has brought the church that far despite challenges from different angles.
He also appreciates people who have supported the mission in one way or the other and affirmed that God has a divine agenda for all.
In the sermon delivered by Pastor Isaiah Wole Ogundosu who represented the Ikorodu DCC Superintendent, Pastor Lawrence Oladele Akinloye, noted that the spirit of God brings to pass God's agenda on every human being, adding that God's agenda can never be altered.
Pastor Ogundosu who was speaking on the theme of the anniversary, 'Divine Agenda' stated that when one is passing through difficult times, one should not forget his/her assignment, saying without passing through wilderness, there will be no history.
The clergy however admonished believers not to compare themselves with anyone because each and everyone is special, advising them to discover God's agenda for their lives.
"Your utmost desire is to have a relationship with God. The reason for comparing yourself with people is because you don't know God," he concluded.
