Christ Apostolic Church, Temidire Onajimi zonal
headquarters, Palmgrove Lagos on Sunday October 7, 2018 celebrated her 51st
glorious choir anniversary.
The Choir Anniversary which was part of activities to mark
the 60th anniversary of the church was attended by musicologists in
CAC Worldwide.
Among notable music icons who were in attendance are the
Music Director of CAC Worldwide, Pastor Tope Dada, CAC Akinyele Regional Choir
Coordinator, Elder Bidemi Oyesanya (SAN), Assistant Choir Coordinator, Akinyele
Region, Elder Sesan Taiwo, renowned composer and Mr. Ayo Ajayi among others.
The former CACYOF Lagos Coordinator, Pastor Rotimi Olusheye
ministered powerfully on the topic “God of All Generations.”
The choir performed songs like Jesu Ose by Sanya Aina, Thou
Crownest the year by Caleb Simper, K’ a j’i jo, K’ a yo by Tolu Olubusoye, Kini
Ayo Re by Sunday Olawuwo, Maa yin o Olorun by C.O. Oyesanya and My Help by
Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir among others.
