Christ Apostolic Church, Sango Transfiguration District headquarters, Sango Ogun
state on Sunday November 18, 2018 celebrated her 19th anniversary with
the theme “The Day Hour Unknown.”
It was indeed a celebration of God’s faithful and goodness as
the church choir in their beautiful attire thrilled the congregation with
inspirational and powerful songs.
While ministering on the theme of the anniversary, the Zonal
Superintendent of CAC Transfiguration Zone, Pastor Emmanuel O. Odejobi said the
unknown day could be today, tomorrow or anytime soon.
Pastor Odejobi urged all Christians to prepare for the day, saying
that they should not allow worldly pleasures to hinder them from preparing and
waiting for the day.
The Cleric who urged the congregation to be Christ’s
disciple said being a disciple of Christ has nothing to do with being a member
of a church, but doing according to the precepts of Christ.
He also stated that; “some people are claiming the blessing
of Abraham but they don’t want to experience the suffering of Abraham. They
sing that Abraham blessing belongs to them, but they can’t surrender what
Abraham was ready to surrender to God.”
