Gospel music in Nigeria and the world at large has experienced another major breakthrough with the debut of "Ceaseless Flow Crew", an interdenominational gospel band, founded for the propagation of the gospel through well organized music.
Ceaseless Flow Crew formally made its debut with a well packaged programme tagged "Spirit and the Blood" held on Sunday April 21, 2019 at Christ Apostolic Church, Somolu Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC) headquarters, Somolu Lagos.
Considering her spirit-filled and refreshing songs, cross-generational sound and high level professionalism, Ceaseless Flow Crew is determined to be the next best thing to happen to gospel music in Nigeria.
The group is led by a bona fide member of CAC Yaba DCC headquarters Choir, who is also an integral part of CACYOF Akinyele Conference Choir, Brother Samuel Akinsola.
Brother Akinsola told CAC NEWS that Ceaseless Flow Crew is a group set up to propagate the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through music among the youth across the world.
According to him, music has been adopted in this generation to gain more people to hell, stating that the group is determined to do the opposite by propagating the gospel through music across the world with good and organised sound.
He further stated that Ceaseless Flow Crew is set to take this across the shores of this country and they are determined to sell Jesus to the whole world and make sure disciples are raised for Him in this end time.
He also said the vision of the group is to make sure they win as many souls among the agile youths because devil is in search of the youth, adding that they are out to recruit as many as possible into the Kingdom of God while it is day before the night comes when activities won’t be worthwhile.
"We started in January 2019. The group is not limited to CAC. It is an interdenominational group. It is a group of the redeemed. It is not denominational bound. We are open to be received by any denomination as long as they are ready to receive the gospel of Christ. Jesus died for everybody not for a denomination. Though our roots might be from the apostolic, we are taking it beyond that. By God’s grace before the end of this year, we are looking at releasing our album which we have started work. We already have our well rehearsed tracks," he disclosed.
Akinsola noted that Ceaseless Flow Crew is a composition of professionals, saying that they are not limited to praise or worship songs alone, but all encompassing.
He explained that "We can do warroh, highlife, foreign songs, juju, reggae and many more as long as it would propagate Jesus. In the next five years, by His grace, we are seeing this group to have been well known for good and quality gospel music across the globe as God will have it."
