In its bid to propagate the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, Christ Apostolic Church, New Covenant Assembly, Lagos, will on Tuesday October 1st, 2019 embark on Outreach to Kirikiri Maximum Prison.
The church in his full text received by CAC NEWS says:"
Christ Apostolic Church, New Covenant Assembly, Lagos has a leading to share love of Jesus with inmates at Kirikiri Maximum Prison AS WE CELEBRATE NIGERIA'S 59TH INDEPENDENCE ANNIVERSARY come 1st of October 2019. We will feed all the 2,000 inmates and STAGE a mega concert."
"Vision:
1. We will feed the 2,000 inmates and warders on the day @₦500 per person
2. We will also give one bible each to inmate @₦500 per bible
3. Invite some other popular musicians as well as our church choir and the Prison choir
4. We'll have to rent public address system, stage and co
5. Budget is ₦3Million and is broken down thus:
Food for 2,000 inmates and warders @₦500 per person = ₦1 million
Water/softdrinks for 2,000 inmates and warders @₦100 per person = ₦200,000
Buy 2,000 bibles @₦500 per bible = ₦1 million
Public Address system, stage, recording (if we are permitted) = ₦500,000
Printing of tracts = ₦100,000
Logistics and transportation = ₦100,000
Miscelleneous = ₦100,000
Total = ₦3 million."
"We therefore seek a thousand people that can give between ₦1000 to ₦5000 each to achieve this great feat."
