God can only commits end time revival to a growing church- CAC Youth Officer

"Jesus Christ is committed to the growth of His church. He can only trust His church for the end time revival and can only use a growing church to bring the revival," the Youth Officer, Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro.



Pastor Gbuyiro who stated this on Thursday August 22, 2019 at the ongoing National Youth Conference of CAC Odubanjo Region, Ikeji 1, while ministering on the topic "The Berean Christian: A Pattern for Steady Growth" said a growing church is Word addicted.



He said the only thing that can change this generation is if every believer can be a living Bible.


According to him, to grow in faith as expected of a child of God, you don’t just believe everything you hear, but rather examine the scriptures to see that what you hear is the truth of the word of God.


The Cleric said all that is written in the Bible is for our learning, in which we can receive instructions in righteousness, godly examples or patterns to emulate, and ungodly or bad examples to avoid.


Pastor Gbuyiro noted that the scriptures are not human opinions or traditions, they are neither the philosophies of this age, nor are they prophecies from the head, rather they are  inspirations from God, put down by men and those who are divinely inspired/endued to do so, hence the sacredness.



"In Berea, Paul stood and preached Jesus as the Christ to those in the Synagogue, they listened intently.  In fact, the Bible says “Now these Jews were more noble than those in Thessalonica; they received the word with all eagerness, examine the scriptures daily to see if those things were so” Acts 17:11. As Christians, basically we are to feed on and live by the word of God as a means of achieving spiritual growth,"



"The level of a man’s spiritual growth is directly proportional to his intake of the word of God.The new life can only be sustained by the word of God.  For the new life to last, the word of God must be made a constant meal to feed on ( I Pet. 2:2). Searching and feeding on the word of God continually confirms you as Christ’s true disciple. The word of God is the key to a correct living and the only antidote to overcome the temptations of life.  Any man who is not keeping the word of God is not living at all," the Youth Officer stated.
