Jesus Christ can only save from sin, not in sin- Pastor Gbuyiro

The Youth Officer of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro has stressed for the need for everyone to repent from sins saying that Christ Jesus can only save from sin, not in sin.



The Youth Officer said this while delivering his Opening Charge on Wednesday August 21, 2019 in Ikeji-Arakeji at the first day of the ongoing 2019 National Youth Conference, Odubanjo Region (Ikeji 1).



In his charge he encouraged the participants to afford themselves the opportunity of the ongoing Youth Conference to be with Jesus.



According to him, Peter, John and the disciples had camp encounter with Jesus which he said made them to turn their generation upside down for Him.



He noted that the disciples became bold, fearless, confident and lived above limitations despite their level of education simply because they had been with Jesus.


Pastor Gbuyiro also said that the disciples became instruments of mighty works, noting that the Holy Spirit used them to perform signs and wonders just because they had been with Jesus.



While noting that being born again is the foundation of Christian journey, the Cleric said said the Disciples were able to do exploits for Jesus because they first answered to His call for salvation.



Pastor Gbuyiro made an altar call of those who wanted to give their lives to Christ and many youths answered to the call and surrendered their lives to Christ.
