The General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, Prophet Hezekiah O. Oladeji has urged ministers to work on their character, stating that they should be able to say to their congregation the same thing Apostle Paul said, "follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ", saying that Paul's word must be their goal.
He noted that a minister's personal life should be one of godly purity in his or her congregation.
Prophet Hezekiah stated this in his speech at the 2019 Conference of all Evangelists, Planters, Prophets and Prophetesses holding at CAC Babalola Memorial International Camp, Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State.
The General Evangelist said Ministers need to work on their pride and inflated ego, noting that this is one of the strategies they can use in moving the church forward.
Prophet Hezekiah told the ministers that "your humility wins souls while your ego loses souls.
"It Identifies with the people. The mature ministers identifies with the people of God. You should genuinely feel both the pain and the joy of the people. Feel free to go to church. Your identity with your people can be sensed and greatly appreciated," the Prophet told Ministers.
The Cleric urged ministers to love the church and the people of God, adding that the love of a minister encompasses great love for God's church when he or she genuinely loves the souls in the church.

I am more confuse when going through some of the generals messages it seems they are teaching us to do what they are digging out while we should close our mind to the reality in their way of live. We will continue to hope that everyone will definitely practice the intent of the word from God in our mouth. We shall all wait to see the effect of the message even from the head. May the Lord bless CACWW
