The Youth Officer of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro has stated that God expects every of His children to say no to ungodliness, noting that you're no longer a Christian the day you stop saying no to ungodliness.
He said that the difference between Christians who have fallen and those who are still steadfast is the ability to say no to ungodliness.
Pastor Gbuyiro who said this while ministering recently at a Bible Study programme said the potency of Christian faith is in its simplicity, adding that you can never succeed as a Christian based on your effort.
The Cleric also stressed that holiness according to the scripture is a provision from God, you don't labour for it.
"We must uproot it from our hearts that it is not possible to be holy. Whenever God asks you not to do something, if you believe it is possible, grace will back it up. Grace is the vehicle for every provision of God. You're not given salvation without grace," Pastor Gbuyiro said.
According to him, God wants us to live our lives by His grace which is very possible.
