Today is a remarkable day in the life of the DCC Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Okene Districts Coordinating Council (DCC), Pastor Matthew A. Alabi. This is because the living legend was born on this day 60 years ago.
Pastor Alabi who is a native of Okene Local Government, Kogi State was called into the ministry 1992 and he attended CAC Theological Seminary, Opa, Ile-Ife, Osun state.

He was ordained as a Pastor in CAC Worldwide in the year 1993 and worked at CAC Seminary as an Office Clerk/Librarian same year.
Pastor Alabi started pastoring work at CAC Oke-Ayo,Ilogbo-Ekiti, Ekiti state in 1993 and after then he was transferred to CAC Oke-Iyanu, Ikere-ekiti,Ekiti State in 1995. He was transferred to CAC Oke-Igbala, Ikole Ekiti, in 2000.
He was transferred to CAC Chapel of Joy in 2005 and from there to Okpella,Edo State in 2009 and to Enwan, Edo State where he rose to the position of a District Superintendent in the year 2016.
The Authority of CAC Worldwide transferred him from Edo State to Okene DCC, Kogi State as the DCC Superintendent in the year 2018.

Pastor Alabi is happily married to Mrs. Janet Ozavive Alabi (nee: Abubakar) and blessed with Five Children; two girls & three boys.
