It was a celebration galore as Christ Apostolic Church, Oke Alaafia, Iyere-Owo Zone, Ondo State was inaugurated and Pastor Joel Oluwole Oludare inducted as the first Zonal Superintendent of the zone.
The event which took place on Saturday September 5,2020 had in attendance, Pastor D. O. A Oloye Rtd Gen Supt, CAC w/w, Pastor J. Olu Ojo (Owo DCC Supt), Pastor J. A Alegbeleye (Ijoka DCC Supt and Rep of the authority of the church), Pastor B. A Olatoye (Ifon DCC Supt), Pastor G. O Adegboro (Oke Oluwa DCC Supt), Pastor Agboola (Ijebo-Owo Zonal Supt), Pastor Mojuba M. O(Ayomiposi Zonal Supt), Pastor M. A Adejoboye (Okeluse Zonal Supt), Pastor B. B Olayinka (Ehin-Ogbe Zonal Supt), Pastor Ilufoye S. A (Irowolisawo Zonal Supt), Rev. Ayo Oladapo - Owo LG CAN Chairman, The Oliyere of Iyere Kingdom, Oba Alaba Adako.
In his message which he took from John 4 where the well of Jacob was dug over 3000 years ago and up till now, people still fetch water from the well, Pastor Alegbeleye, who represented the church authority charged Pastor Oludare to be up to the task and be ready to seek the face of God and not to disappoint his people as there will be more task for him than before.
Pastor Oludare started his ministerial work in 1988 at CAC Mountain of Deliverance in Boso, Minna, Niger State as an Evangelist. He was ordained as Pastor in 1995 and was promoted as District Supt in 2005 at Zion District, Banawa in Kaduna as the pioneer District Superintendent.
He was transferred to CAC Oke Alaafia, Iyere District in 2009 and the district was upgraded to Zone, having being carved out of Owo DCC and was approved in 2018.
