CAC Authority inducts Pastor Chukwuezie as 2nd Regional Superintendent of Medaiyese Region

The Authority of the Christ Apostolic Church ,Worldwide, on Saturday June 19 inducted Pastor Osita Collins Chukwuezie as the 2nd Regional Superintendent of CAC Medaiyese Region.


The induction service conducted by the CAC new General Superintendent, Pastor Emmanuel Olatoro Odejobi, was held at the region headquarters, CAC Durumi, Garki-Abuja.


Pastor Odejobi in his sermon titled “The Good Shepherd”  taken his text from Psalm 23, said Jesus as a good Shepard did not only lead his followers aright, he also laid down His live for the salvation of all.


He said that “wanting” was not known of those that are in conformity with the Lord, as stated by King David in the bible passage. 


He advised CAC members in the region to poses the mind of sheep and not goat, to allow them to be easily led by Chuckwuezie through the grace and directive of God.


Pastor Odejobi described Pastor Chuckwuezie as a Joshua, appointed to lead the region to the appointed Canaan land, for its growth and refreshment in all ramifications.


The General Secretary, CAC Worldwide, Pastor Emmanuel Mapur, who was also at the occasion, speaking in an interview with newsmen,  urged the government to use its power to keep Nigerians safe and restore peace in the country.


Pastor Mapur said that the insecurity situation in the country was very worrisome and required urgent attention.


”We cannot continue living as if we are fighting a war everyday, let our government come out and show themselves that they are government,” he said.


The Cleric also urged the Federal Government to take urgent steps towards addressing increasing cases of killings, kidnappings and other crimes in the country.


He also urged Nigerians irrespective of political, religious and ethnic differences to come together and support the government in moving the country forward.


Pastor Mapur  urged the government at all  levels to listen to the youth and meet their needs.


”Listen to their complaint, government should try and do what they can to help the youth to develop,” he said.


On his part, Pastor Chukwuezie, the newly inducted Regional Superintendent, urged Nigerians to trust in God, remain courageous and be strong in the face of the current challenges in the country.


He said that this was the time to run to Christ, noting that there was nothing too difficult for God to do and that no matter the situation “God is able and ever ready to turn it around for the best.


”With God all things are possible, God is in control of the affairs of man. The current challenges facing the country will pass, there is great hope and we must remain hopeful and prayerful.

Pastor Chuckwuezie, in his vote of thanks, pledged to do everything within his power to lead the region in line with God's  directive  as well as the guidelines and tenets of the CAC.
