The Director of Sunday School, Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, Pastor S.O. Aluko has said God has not sent anyone as Christian worker on assignment if He has not dealt with such person's life because it is expected that church workers are born again.
The Cleric said this on Saturday June 12, 2021 at the 5th edition of the annual Workers' Refresher Course and Ministers' Retreat organised by CAC Life and Power Zone, Ikorodu, Lagos.
Pastor Aluko who was represented at the programme by Pastor J.A. Aribatise of CAC Oke Itura District Headquarters, Ifako Zone, Lagos, also said it is expected that workers have been with Jesus (Mark 3:13-15), saying the Owner must work in and on us.
According to him, Christian workers must be men and women sent on specific duties not as one beating the air, they must be living for a purpose.
"The Sender is unconquerable, so the sent must be unconquerable too. The Christian workers must be men and women of power. They must be men and women of principles. Christ is our example of holiness, selfless, sacrifice, passion, time consciousness and obedience to the leadership of the church," he said.
Pastor Aluko stressed that Christian workers should believe in team work, adding that "the Owner gives different gifts to His church. They were heaven conscious and concerned about being right with God."
The Cleric said God has never and will never run short of men and women to be used for the accomplishment of His eternal purpose.
