The Authorities of Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas, have fixed June 26 for the retirement/send off service of Pastor Abraham Olukunle Akinosun.
According to a circular signed by the General Secretary of CAC Worldwide, Pastor Emmanuel E. Mapur, all Regional, DCC, Zonal and District Superintendents, were directed to mobilize their members to ensure a successful retirement service for the former President.
According to Pastor Mapur, the programme would hold at All Saints Chapel, CAC General Secretariat, Anlugbua Basorun, Ibadan by 10am.
Pastor Mapur explained that: "as it is our practice in Christ Apostolic Church, our retired leaders are always given befitting Send-Off after their retirement. You are also aware that our father in the Lord, the former President of the Church, Pastor A. O. Akinosun retired on December 31, 2020."
"It is necessary that we organize a befitting Send-Off for this Man of God that worked tirelessly for the progress of the Church.
I am directed to request you to ensure all assemblies/districts/ zones/DCCs and Regions bless him by sending him befitting and handsome gifts to be monetized. This monetized gift shall be paid into this account:
