The Missions Director of Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide, Pastor Caxton S. Fasuyi has urged missionaries to be Christ-centered in their service delivery.
He said Christ-Centered mission is a mission centered on Christ (with reference to the great commission) and it can be grasped from Apostle Paul's bold unapologetic confession in 1st Corinthians 2 verse 2.
Pastor Fasuyi stated this on Sunday September 19, 2021 while delivering the Welcome Address at the 2021 Missions Conference holding at CAC All Saints' Chapel, CAC General Secretariat, Ibadan, Oyo State.
He told the missionaries that the purpose of their ministry is to make God's name known and be Christ's Ambassadors, not a debtors or adulterers.
Pastor Fasuyi also told the missionaries that their ministry should be service unto the Lord and service unto the Lord requires sacrifice, commitment, dedication, perseverance and a lot of patience.
According to the Cleric, anything that is not of Christ will lead one to hell fire.
He stressed that the assignment is not by power nor might but by the continual indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
