The Admin and Associate Pastor of CAC Vineyard of Mercy, Lagos,under the leadership of Pastor Anu Ojo (Superintendent), Pastor Ebenezer Oluwamuyiwa Fakoyejo has said marriage is a union of three, not two as commonly believed.
Pastor Fajoyejo held that a man and a woman with God, the Supreme third person, joined together in marriage makes a perfect and peaceful home.
According to him, the union of a man and a woman outside God is not marriage but mere friendship that will not be able to withstand storms and challenges.
The Cleric affirmed that God must be the cornerstone of every home and the union of a man and woman must be knitted in God before a desired Christian home could emerge.
He counselled the new couple to unite their home with God and not with any man as God must be their only counsellor, friend, confidant and judge.
The minister advised Adeboye and his wife to surrender the governance of their home to Christ, the third person in the covenant of marriage.
He affirmed that a Christ-Centered home will enjoy peace, comfort, prosperity and all better things.
The marriage which was held at Christ Apostolic Church 5th Avenue CAC Close, Festac Town, Lagos was presided over by Pastor Joe Jacobs, the Superintendent CAC Amuwo Odofin District Coordinating Council.
