Christ Apostolic Church, Peaceland District Headquarters, Odi-Olowo District Coordinating Council (DCC), Lagos on Sunday November 21, 2021 held 19th harvest anniversary thanksgiving service.
It was indeed a day of celebrating God's faithfulness as people gathered to appreciate God at the well attended service.
Ministering at the programme on the topic "Harvest of Divine increase" and taking the text from Psalm 115:14, the Superintendent of CAC Odi-Olowo DCC, Pastor J .T. Oyeyemi said God is the only true God and thus must be the center of man's praise and worship.
He charged the congregation to desist from looking unto man-made gods and hold firmly to the covenant of the Living God.
"Fear Him, believe Him, give to His work and His servants (Luke 6:38). Walk by faith and follow Him in totality, then you will enjoy divine increase according to the verse under reference," he stated.
Notable personalities in attendance are Oba Fatai Adebari Matanmi, the Onijoko of Ijoko Ota- Royal Father of the Harvest, Olori Olusola Matanmi- Royal mother of the harvest, Engr. Abiodun Adeniyi Oke-Chairman Mother of the Harvest- Midwife J. A. Oyeyemi and Family of the Harvest-Deaconess R. E. Adebo and many others.
The District Superintendent of CAC Peaceland District headquarters, Pastor F.A. Oke told CAC NEWS that God has been the helper of the church and He has been helping them since all these while.
"I experienced a lot of thing that one may not even know how to describe. But the bottom line is that God is with His church and He is walking with us. Whenever I have any problem or challenges, I go to Him and He always solve if for me. I don’t see the church as mine, but as God’s church," he noted.
