Christ Apostolic Church, Okiki Jesu Zonal Headquarters, Lagos on Sunday 29th of May 2021 held her 27th Children Anniversary Thanksgiving service. At the anniversary, some of the children also graduated to the discipleship class.
The children were so glad as the church gave them enough time and avenue to display their talents through songs, Bata dance, cultural dance, ewi, Bible recitation, drama and many more.
Preaching on the theme of the program "God's Heritage", Alo Precious one of the children in the church emphasized that everyone who sees himself or herself as a child is an heritage of God especially when each person obeys God.
She further said that anyone who wants to become an heritage of God must always seek Him, saying that "seeking God more makes Him attentive to you and makes Him reveal more to you about your present and future. God is always delighted when we seek Him."
She added that willingness and obedience are the keys to becoming an heritage of God (1st Chronicles 16 vs 11-18) as she rounded off her Sermon.
The Zonal Superintendent Christ Apostolic Church, Okiki Jesu Zonal Headquarters, Pastor T.O Adeyinka appreciated the Children Sunday School teachers, Matron, Patron, Committee and the children department coordinator Elder Abiodun Aladesusi as he awarded the graduands with a certificate into another level.
