Thrilling, captivating and crucial are words close to describing the events of the Day 2 of the 2022 Christ Apostolic Church Theological Seminary (CACTS) Staff Retreat ongoing at CACTS Main Campus, Ile Ife, Opa, Osun State.
The retreat themed “Creativity and Systemic Networking Among Drivers of Theological Education” started on Monday, 16th May, 2022, and it's being enjoyed by staff members across the 14 satellite campuses and the main campus.
Day 2 of the retreat (Tuesday, 17th May, 2022) featured lectures by Pastor Dr. A. A. Abayomi, Superintendent, CAC Oke Isegun DCC, Ondo and the former Coordinator, CACTS Ile Ife, Ilesa Campus, who spoke on “Employment, Redeployment and Promotion Matters in Christ Apostolic Church Theological Seminary”; and Pastor Olusegun Peter Alokan of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU), who spoke on “The Ethical Implications of Creativity and Systemic Networking in a Multi-campus System: An Alumnus’ Reminiscences of the CAC Theological Seminary.”
A Plenary Session for the Academic, Administrative and Accounting staff was an educative and enlightening experience for the members of staff.
A symposium on “The Import of All-Inclusive Condition of Service for Organizational Stability and Staff Growth” was held by Pastor M. O. Abe, Coordinator, CACTS Ile Ife (Kabba Campus).
The day’s retreat programme ended with various sporting activities for the staff.
