Pastor Ajaiyeoba inducted as Superintendent of CAC Gaa-Akanbi DCC

Sunday, July 17, 2022 will remain an unforgettable day in the history of Christ Apostolic Church, Gaa-Akanbi Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC), Ilorin, Kwara State as the Church Authority inducted Pastor David Olufemi Ajaiyeoba as the new Superintendent of the DCC. 

Representing the Church Authority is the Regional Superintendent of CAC Babajide Region, Pastor S. O. Owolabi who administered the induction rite.

In attendance at the programme were all DCC and Zonal Superintendents in Ilorin; representatives from CAN and CPFN; as well as members across the DCC including, CAC Oke-Iyanu District, CAC Oke-Ibukun District, CAC Mount of Deliverance District, CAC Asadam district, CAC Temidire district, CAC Oke Irapada Amoyo Assembly, CAC Chapel of Mercy Assembly, CAC Oke Anu 2 Assembly CAC Oke Iyanu 2&3 Assembly and CAC Mount of Blessing Malete.

The Welcome Address was given by Pastor (Dr.) M.O.D Eyebiokin who is the current DCC Secretary and the Chairman of the induction planning committee.

It was indeed a colourful programme where the glorious and reputable choir of the DCC rendered inspiring songs with melodious praises and special anthem both in contemporary and classical music which indeed blessed lives.

The DCC Ministers' Wives Fellowship Choir, Good Women Association Choir and the Inductee Children were not left out, as they also rendered melodious songs.

While ministering on the topic "Responsibilities of Pastors to the church and Church to the Pastors" taking his text from John 10: 2-15, the Regional Superintendent of Babajide Region, Pastor Owolabi said the church is the property of God and He is very careful of the kind of Shepherd gives to His sheep.  

The Regional Superintendent admonished Pastor Ajayeoba to sacrifice all to see the desire of God being fulfilled over the DCC.

He also said that to make the work smooth for the Shepherd, the church should take care of him, support him, obey him and encourage him. 

The Regional Superintendent concluded that, "everyone given a responsibility will give account. Live a life worthy of Blessed reward."

After the word of exhortation, Prophet (Dr.) M.O Adio prayed for the inductee and the family, CAC Gaa-akanbi DCC and Babajide Region, CAC Nigeria and oversees and Nigeria as a nation.

Elder (Hon) David Bamidele congratulated the newly Inducted Superintendent and related the message of the General Evangelist, Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji that he should continue his good works and give no room for discouragement.

In addition, the Superintendent of Ilorin DCC, Evangelist E.T. Akeredolu led the general prayer and commended that the good works done by the new Superintendent within a space of a year is enough preaching on diligence.

Oba J. O Dada, the Oloro of Oro Ago kingdom urged the church to support and take care of the inductee as he hails from Oro Ago kingdom.

The service ended with presentation of gifts to the newly inducted DCC Superintendent, vote of thanks and the closing hymn.
