The Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Idimu Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC), Idimu, Lagos, Pastor Solomon Fadipe celebrated his birthday, wife's birthday, twenty-fifth wedding anniversary and his first book launch in grand style on Saturday August 6, 2022.
The programme which was held at CAC Idimu DCC headquarters had notable ministers in attendance including the Regional Superintendent of Akiling region, Pastor E. A. Olusoko who was duly represented by his Personal Assistant, Pastor Babalola.
In his message to the celebrants titled "Teach us to number our days", Pastor Olusoko noted that it is important human beings number their days on earth as it will help to appreciate God for being alive, considering the fact that many have gone.
Quoting the book of Psalms 90:12, he said that, "if we count our days, we are going to gain the heart of wisdom," adding that "when we gain the heart of wisdom, we will see that we are mortals and acknowledge God as Almighty, and know that we are here for a short period of time, and able to use it judiciously."
According to the clergyman, there are expectations of God's gift of life to man which includes, being grateful and thankful; to become a source of blessing to others; to become trustworthy; to become kingdom conscious and spread the gospel.
The Cleric ended his message by congratulating the celebrants, Pastor Fadipe and his wife Mrs. Florence Foluke Fadipe
While presenting a documentary on the celebrant's life, Pastor Adeshina Oluwaji described the life of Pastor Fadipe, who is also the Akilling Regional Secretary, as a graceful and an inspiring one.
Also, while reviewing the just published book, Pastor Samuel Alegbeleye noted that the book titled, "IDENTIFYING YOUR IDENTITY COMPASS TO BECOME A STAR", revolves around the author's life.
The celebrants were honoured with gifts by those who came to celebrate with them and the planning committee of the occasion.
