Renowned Drama Minister, Christian Movie Writer, Director and Producer, Evangelist Damilola Mike-Bamiloye has charged Christ Apostolic Church youths on using their gifts and abilities to glorify God.
"The gift God has given to you, release it back to Jesus. If it is acting or singing, let Jesus be the driving force of your gift. A gift not driven by Jesus will lead you to the bush," he said.
The renowned Drama Minister gave this charge while delivering a seminar on Thursday, 26th August, 2022 at the ongoing Ikeji 1 Youth Conference holding at Babalola Memorial International Miracle Camp, Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State.
Speaking on the topic, "What is in your Hand?" from the text, John 6:3-9, Evangelist Bamiloye described the young lad in text as being available for the use of God, saying that, "out of the persons there, is it that no one had food to give? God was looking for who was available. The boy was available and willing to release His all for Jesus without holding back anything."
"There's something God has placed inside of you," he pointed.
The Mount Zion Films Director differentiated ambition from vision, explaining that "ambition is a picture of something you want to achieve by yourself" while Vision is "when Jesus is the one who gives you the picture (of your tomorrow)."
According to him, "God can use you for His glory. If it is acting, determine in your mind that you will act for Jesus. When you are lifting up Jesus with your gift, you will see how people will follow you."
The Gospel Movie Producer stated that, "your gift may not be perfect, you may not be the best singer. As long as Jesus is in the picture, he has the ability to make what is little great. Your gift may not be perfect or a professorial one. Whatev matters is the heart used to present the gift."
