Christ Apostolic Church, Kingsrealm Assembly, Middlesbrough, United Kingdom under the leadership of the Lead Pastor, Pastor Titilayo Femi Kings and Evang. (Mrs.) Titilayo Kemi Kings, on Sunday 6th November, 2022 donated a 200-seater capacity worship center to its sister church, Christ Apostolic Church, Kingsrealm Assembly, Akure, Nigeria.
Pastor Femi Kings, who is also a dedicated member of the CAC Youths Empowerment Committee under the leadership of the Director of the Youth Affairs CAC Nigeria & Overseas, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro,in his opening remarks said that the facility and the equipment will serve the purposes of being a Worship Center, and Youth Development and Training Center.
Empowerment programs such as Idea Spark, School of Ideation (a project by LEAD Transformation Initiative in conjunction with the Directorate Of Youth Affairs, CHRIST APOSTOLIC CHURCH Nigeria & Overseas, where 15 youths of Christ Apostolic Church were, in 2020, selected from different locations and sponsored to participate), vocational trainings amongst others will be carried out there.
He emphasized this by stating that a place where believers gather to be blessed spiritually should also serve as a place for mind transformation and empowerment because he believes in having believers who are strong and vibrant for God being also people of influence in the marketplace.
Pastor Femi Kings is currently working on another vision and is on a mission which he terms APOSTLEPRENEUR, which involves raising youths and young adults who are on fire for God in their Christian faith/ ministry, male and female alike and yet take places of authority in the market place and all the seven spheres of influence. Details will be released soon in this regard. A planning committee led by Min. Simon Itunu Deborah and supported by Pastor A.A Daniels was inaugurated to spearhead the vision during the service.
Pastor Femi Kings said further that his vision is to see the return and establishment of youths and young adults who have left CAC and those planning to leave the mission respectively.
He believes that they will return in their multitude to come and do exploits via this mission, just like himself. The vision is already being fulfilled, he stated, as more than 15 individuals who had left CAC for other denominations joined CAC KINGSREALM Middlesbrough UK as soon as the church opened. Also, about 5 youths were recorded to have declared their return to CAC during the auditorium dedication service at the CAC Kingsrealm Akure and he believes there are many more to return across the nations of the world.
He used the medium to commission some of his trained ministers to go and extend the mandate operation, under the umbrella of Christ Apostolic Church Kingsrealm, in Jos, Plateau State, which will be inaugurated soon and plans are in place to open more branches across and outside the nation, especially the countries where Christ Apostolic Church is yet to have branches just like he did with the help of God in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom about three months ago which has now grown to more than 70 members.
To commemorate the commissioning, a football competition was organized for the youths in the community, which started on Friday and the final was played on Saturday evening. Pastor Femi Kings together with his wife, Evang. (Mrs.) Kemi Kings sponsored the football competition by handing the third place team a cash prize of #20,000, the team in second place went home with #30,000 cash prize while the winner received #50,000 cash prize.
Other participating teams got consolation prizes of #10,000 cash each. Moreso, pairs of designer boots were awarded to both the highest goal scorer and best player. All who participated in the competition joined the Sunday worship and returned home blessed than they came. Testimonies abound that amidst them, more members were added to the church to the glory of God.
The following set of fathers paid congratulatory visit to the assembly; the Superintendent of Itire DCC, Pastor Gideon O. Oladokun, the Assistant Director of Youth Affairs, CAC Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor S. O. Oke and Coordinator to CACYOF Ibadanland, Pastor J. O. Oluwasanmi.
Also, several sons and daughters of Pastor Femi Kings and Evang (Mrs.) Kemi Kings from Jos, Lagos, Badagry, Oyo State, Kwara State, United Kingdom were present to grace the occasion.
