Christ Apostolic Church, Amuwo Odofin Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC) Headquarters, Festac, Lagos on Sunday, December 12, 2022 held her 44th harvest thanksgiving service.
The anniversary with the theme "Divine Fruitfulness And Multiplication", from the text, Genesis 9:1-3 was a gathering of absolute thanksgiving to God for His immeasurable goodness over His church.
The DCC Superintendent of Amuwo-Odofin DCC, Pastor Joe Jacobs sermonizing on the theme of the anniversary said, fruitfulness is God's command on man and His way to rule over the earth through goodly offspring.
According to him, spiritual, biological, career, soul wining and giving are areas God wants us to be fruitful.
"Your attitude towards the concept of Fruitfulness and Multiplication matters. Attitude is the summation of our lifestyle. Our attitude can either be positive or negative. When our attitude is positive, we should embrace it ,train by it, develop it better and fully maximise it," the cleric said.
"When our attitude is negative, we should unlearn it and relearn a new way of victory-driven life. My Friend, what is your response and attitude towards the subject of fruitfulness, especially on God's expectations. Our attitude is a determinant of our attitude in life," he said.
Pastor Joe Jacobs concluded that, "your attitude towards the word of God will determine your real, spiritual altitude which will manifest in the physical."
