Renowned Gospel artiste, Frank Edwards has apologized to Christ Apostolic Church over the disclaimer he issued on Friday January 6, 2023 about the National Praise programme organised by the Church.
On his verified Facebook page, Frank Edward said: "I know nothing about this. They never contacted me or any member of my team! I RANDOMLY SAW IT ON FACEBOOK. I will not be there."
Upon confirming the invite, he sent an apology on his page on the same day.
He tendered another apology immediately he was invited on stage at the programme ground (Tafawa Balewa Square) on Friday, January 13, 2023.
He explained during the program that the person who was contacted on his end to inform him about the programme didn't inform him until the disclaimer had gone out.
He added he had always known Christ Apostolic Church as a credible church which will not play games and as such would not have disrespected the Church intentionally.
However, after his apology, some of the youths in the Church have commended him that he did the right thing by apologising.
