"Failure to abide by true biblical doctrine is an indication that you are yet to encounter God," this was said by Pastor Moses Olooto at the ongoing International Youth Conference, PortHarcourt conference center, Olutimehin region, PortHarcourt.
Representing the Director of Youth Affairs, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro, Pastor Olooto further emphasized that having an encounter with God "gives you the enablement to abide by the biblical doctrines and also to please God."
He said this at the Night Session of the second day of the conference holding at CAC wonderland, Odua- Emuoha , Port Harcourt Rivers State.
Other features of the program are lectures, Bible study, workshop, prayers, praises and testimonies.
Notable among the testimonies is a brother who came to last year's conference with pile, but was miraculously healed before the end of the conference. Also, the state youth leader whose wife had a miscarriage last year while preparing for the conference was blessed with a baby girl this year as they were preparing for the conference.
Pastor Adewumi Ebenezer took the keynote address on behalf of the Director of Youth affair. Other ministers who ministered at the conference are Pastor Ajayi Samuel, Evang Ogoda, Evang Kayode Michael, Pastor Idowu Daniel, Pastor C. C. Chukwu, Pastor E. S. Oladele among others.
