Christ Apostolic Church Mount of Victory, English Assembly Igboroko Nla, Owo, Ondo State has held her 25th Anniversary with all attitude of praises and thanksgiving to God.
To mark the anniversary, a couple of programmes were held by the church, starting with a 3days revival held between Monday, August 14 and Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the church Auditorium. The impactful revival programme under the ministration of Pastor Michael Bamigboye had people feel the raw power of God through deliverance and divine visitation.
A singles and couples seminar held on Saturday 19 August, 2023 where Pastor Oluwadare Agun took lecture for the singles while Pastor Ayodele Godwin handled the couples segment.
The Anniversary Thanksgiving where awards of Honour were presented to all the previous Pastors who served in the church as well as the serving Pastor, held on Sunday 20th August 2023.
Among the awardees are, Pastor Oluwamakin, Pastor Ayodele Godwin, Pastor Orisade Johnson, Pastor Agun Oluwadare, Pastor Igere Richard, and Pastor Ogunlade Gideon who is the host Pastor. A post houmous award was given to Lady Evangelist A. O. Akinyeke for her contribution towards the work of God when she was alive
In his sermon at the thanksgiving service, the Owo DCC Superintendent, Pastor B. B. Olayinka, under the topic "Great is thy Faithfulness" from the text Lamentation 3:23, stressed many reasons to appreciate God for the 25th anniversary, encouraging the congregation to keep up the good work in God's vineyard.
