Christ Apostolic Church, Sophia Ajayi Region held her first Regional Choir Programme, Community Hymn Singing tagged "Admonishing One Another in Psalms and Hymns" from Colossians 3:16.
The Programme held at CAC Ogba Alaafia, Sophia Ajayi Regional Headquarters, Ijigbo, Ado Ekiti on Sunday 12th November, 2023 had the Regional Superintendent, Pastor S.I Jayeoba in attendance as the representative of the President of CAC, Nigeria and Overseas. Other clergymen present at the occasion are Superintendents of District Coordinating Councils (DCC) from different axis of Ekiti State as well as other Pastors, Evangelists and music lovers.
The event featured hymn singing by the Regional Choir and Orchestra; and inauguration of Regional Choir Executive members, Patron and Patroness.
In his homily, the Regional Superintendent noted that the manifestation of God is often felt during praises and singing but people place emphasis on crusades/prayers neglecting the musical aspect that moves God mightily and speedily.
He charged the new Regional Officers and prayed for them for divine anointing to function effectively and efficiently in their offices.

S Ogunsetire; Organist I, Mr. Oluwagbohunmi; Organist II, Bro. Mogaji Damilola; Secretary, Dr. Mrs Toyin Adaramoye;Asst Secretary, Bro Oluwasina Kolawole; Treasurer, Bro Segun Omolewa; Fin Secretary, Bro Obaleye Obadare; Prayer Coordinator, Evang Tosin Ogundele; Librarian I, Bro Olusola Ogundele; Librarian II, Bro Ayodeji Abiodun; Librarian III, Sis. Mary Mese; Band/Orchestra Leader, Bro Jonathan Olofinlade.

The Regional Choirmaster, Elder Gbenga Agbeti appreciated the presence, contributions and prayers of every one who contributed to the success of the first Regional Choir Programme and prayed for journey mercy as participants returned to their destinations.
