In a joyous celebration on Sunday, December 10, 2023, Christ Apostolic Church, Hosanna Chapel, Life and Power Zonal Headquarters, Lagos marked her 28th church anniversary with a series of vibrant events.

The highlights of the anniversary include an uplifting praise session led by the church choir; inspiring Drama Ministration by Holistic Chapel Peculiar School, an educational institution affiliated with the church; motivational quotes rendered by the children department contributed; and dance performance by the church's creative arts department.

The music ministrations of the celebration included soul-stirring renditions from the Good Women Choir, Pentecostal District’s Choir, Divine Fountain District’s Choir, and the Zonal Headquarters' Church Choir, creating an atmosphere of worship and joy.

Another wonderful moment during the anniversary was the dedication of two babies, as they were welcomed into the children department and church at large.

The sermon titled "5 Stars Awaiting Believers in Heaven," delivered by the Zonal Superintendent, CAC Life and Power, Pastor Mich 'Tunji Oladapo, surrounded the importance of accepting Jesus as Lord for salvation.

Pastor Oladapo who emphasized that the works of every believer on earth determines the crowns they receive in heaven, noted the types of crowns awaiting believers.

According to him, "the crown of Life is promised to those enduring pain for the works of Jesus (James 1:12). The Crown of Rejoicing awaits those who win souls for Christ (1 Thessalonians 2:19). The Incorruptible Crown is reserved for those who do not compromise, regardless of earthly circumstances (1 Corinthians 9:25). The Crown of Glory is designated for faithful ministers of God (1 Peter 5:4)."

The Superintendent cautioned against ministers driven by personal gain and deceit, stressing that the Crown of Glory is exclusively for those dedicated to selfless service.

"The final crown, the Crown of Righteousness, is for those who endure hardships while remaining steadfast in their faith," he said.

Pastor Oladapo drew parallels with figures like Job and Apostle Paul, encouraging the congregation to persevere in the face of challenges.

Prominent figures at the celebration included the Superintendent of Pentecostal District, Pastor Israel Temitayo Ariyo; Superintendent of Divine Fountain District, Pastor James Olayiwola Akinpelu; the head of the Zonal Superintendent's family, Elder D. A Oladapo; and Pastor John Adepoju.
