As the quote goes, "Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it's thinking of yourself less." Pastor Joseph Olumide Makinwa exemplifies this trait, passionately serving the body of Christ with humility. Despite receiving abundant grace from God, he remains humble.
With over 40 years of experience in ministry, Pastor Makinwa has served as a counselor, seminary lecturer, and seasoned pastor. He has taught at various theological institutions in Nigeria, including CAC Theological Seminary and ECWA Seminary.
Currently, he serves as Secretary of CAC World Evangelistic Outreach in Nigeria and Overseas and is an Ambassador of the Bible Society of Nigeria.
Pastor Makinwa holds a Ph.D. in Church Management and Administration and a Professional Diploma in Mass Communication.
He has served in various offices in the local church, Districts' Coordinating Council, Bible Society of Nigeria, and Christian Association of Nigeria.
His passion lies in prayer, discipleship, evangelism, mission, church growth, and youth ministries. He is happily married to Dr. (Mrs.) Stella Adenike Makinwa, and their marriage is blessed with beautiful, well-nurtured children.
