Coordinator of Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola Prayer Mountain in Efon-Alaaye, Prophet T.O. Igbalajobi
In a historic milestone, Prophet Timothy Olatunbosun Igbalajobi has been appointed the new coordinator of the revered Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola Prayer Mountain in Efon-Alaaye, effective July 1, 2024 by the authority of Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas.
With a divine mandate to restore the mountain to its former glory, Prophet Igbalajobi has pledged to revamp and rebrand the sacred site in southwest Nigeria, enhancing the spiritual experience for devotees.
This iconic mountain, discovered by the late Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola, holds a special covenant as a site for miracles, signs and wonders, and it has birthed eight other mountains, including Ido-Ile, Erio, Ikoyi etc.
Prophet Igbalajobi aims to reclaim its erstwhile top ranking within two years, leveraging his vision and leadership.
Humility and gratitude marked his acceptance speech, as he acknowledged God’s sovereign choice and the trust placed in him by the authorities of Christ Apostolic Church and the people of Efon-Alaaye.
He also expressed appreciation for the support of his assistant, Pastor Peter Oni, and the global CAC community led by Pastor Samuel Olusegun Oladele the President of CAC Nigeria & Oversees, Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji, the CAC General Evangelist Nigeria & Oversees.
Prophet Igbalajobi unveiled ambitious plans to expand the mountain’s infrastructure, including additional land acquisition, providing modern auditoriums, good road network, apartments , and a helipad for convenient access. Already, the dualised road project has begun. His vision encompasses a “modern-day mountain for everybody,” where worshippers can find spiritual solace and rejuvenation.
Some amazing programs already lined up for the year include “Calling on Jesus,” every first three days of the month, Men and Ministers’ conference, held once or twice yearly, and 24-hour marathon prayers.
Prophet Igbalajobi succeeded the late Prophet Emmanuel Adejolu, who was the coordinator before his demise.
