Christ Apostolic Church Palace of Joy, Ibafo District Headquarters, Ibafo, Ogun state, was agog will gladness and rejoicing as the church marked her 16 years anniversary and thanksgiving service on Sunday, August 4, 2024.
Held at the church auditorium, the host choir, CAC Ibafo District Mass Choir ministered powerfully in songs alongside choristers from CAC Mercy District and Mission of God for all Nation.
The event also witnessed presentation of gifts to the District Superintendent, Pastor S. A. Odulana, and fund-raising for hr building of the church cathedral.
Representing the Zonal Superintendent of CAC Ekoro/Olota Zone, Pastor John Olalekan Onifade, Pastor I. O. Adewunmi, exhorted the congregation on the topic "Wake, don't sleep" from the text Romans 13 vs 11-14.
According to him, the variants of sleep, include, sleep while working, sleep while others are working, sleep from the heart (James 1:1-12), physical sleep or deep sleep (Genesis 1:26-31), sleep in one's eyes (Matthew 26: 40), sleep of retrogression (Romans 13:13-14) and Sleep of death which is Everlasting sleep (John 11:11).

B Jegede of CAC Palace of Joy, Eleworo branch; Pastor James Adeoye of CAC Palace of Joy, Ijeere branch; Pastor I.A Olugbadehan of CAC Palace of Joy, Sote branch; and Pastor Jethro Rufus of CAC Lamp of Glory.
The Church was established by God through His servant, Pastor Odulana Samuel Adekunle, on the first Sunday of August, 2008 after the man of God worked as a minister under Late Pastor Oke of CAC Last Miracle for so many years.
The Church started from the minister's compound and within a few months moved to her permanent site where it is today. It has grown from one assembly to seven assemblies with a period of 13 years. Her first branch started in September 2011 and the second assembly started on the third Sunday of April, 2012.
Some of the assemblies under CAC Ibafo District Headquarters have also become district headquarters.
